School of Leaders: CSO employees undergo training
Since 2016, the Escola de Líderes project has been conducting periodic training of employees aiming at the development of skills for effective leadership through communication techniques, teamwork, interpersonal relationships, among other topics.
In October, it was the turn of ten operational leaders of the Salto CSO Environmental Concessionary to pass through the first module of the course, called “Junior Leaders”.
Until November 14 they will have theoretical and practical classes, which count on dynamics and exercises. The training is given by the Personnel Management team with a 10-hour workload, and has teaching material exclusively designed to meet the specificities of the Corpus project.
